Everything a move takes — itemized, coordinated, handled.
Simple Moves charges one thing: a flat coordination fee from the packages below. Everything else in your quote is a partner service, priced on its own line at what it costs. You hire and pay each provider directly — we never take a percentage of your move and never collect deposits for a provider.
Coordination packages (our flat fee)
Settle-In Light
$299 flat
For partial moves, small apartments, or a family doing most of the work themselves.
- Intake call + written move plan
- Booking and scheduling of up to 2 partner services
- Day-before confirmation with all parties
- Next-day follow-up check
Full Move Coordination
$599 flat
Our standard package for a full local move — the whole job under one coordinator.
- Intake call + written move plan
- Scheduling of every partner service in your quote, in the right order
- Written confirmations with all parties before move day
- Day-of coordination and milestone updates
- Follow-up after the move
Whole-Home Transition
$899 flat
For whole-home and estate transitions — a full house to sort, disperse, and settle.
- Everything in Full Move Coordination
- Coordination across the whole home, room by room
- Sorting, donation, and estate-dispersal scheduling
- Extended timeline coordination for multi-week transitions
- Follow-up after the move
For comparison: traditional senior move managers commonly bill $60–$125 per hour for coordination work, and the moving company is a separate bill on top. Our coordination fee is flat, quoted in writing before you book, and never billed by the hour.
Itemized add-on services (priced on your quote)
Each service below is optional, performed by a vetted local partner, and priced on its own line in your written quote at the provider's cost. You contract with and pay the provider directly. Drop any line and keep the rest.
Licensed moving crew
Local moving companies from our vetted bench — checked for state operating authority and insurance before they ever touch a customer's home.
Packing & unpacking
Full-home packing before the move and unpacking at the destination, by the room — so the first night works: bed made, kitchen usable, boxes broken down.
Sorting, donations & estate dispersal
Help deciding what goes, what gets donated, what goes to family, and what can be sold — coordinated with donation pickup and, where appropriate, estate-sale partners.
Junk removal & haul-away
What's left goes out in one coordinated load after sorting — before cleaning, never after.
Cleaning — both homes
Move-out cleaning at the old home once it's empty, and move-in cleaning at the new home before the furniture lands.
Storage coordination
Short-term storage arranged and scheduled into the plan when closing dates don't line up — including the second delivery when the new place is ready.
New-home setup
TV mounting, furniture assembly, picture and curtain hanging, and the small jobs that make a new place feel finished on day one.
Utility & address-change support
A handled checklist: utilities transferred, mail forwarded, key addresses updated — the administrative tail of a move, done alongside the physical one.
